List your Home

 

Now that you’ve found the perfect real estate agent, it’s time to prep to List your home.  Some things to consider will be?

 

  • What is your home worth?
  • What listing price strategy best suits the current market?
  • Do we do a Pre-Home Inspection?
  • What enhancements/changes can be done to your home to get top value?
  • Get the Home Ready for Pictures & Videos

 

Once the home is listed, the Realtor will market your home through various media outlets and listing sites to create a strong buyer interest. Your property will be showcased on: (MLS) Multiple Listing Service, social media, and websites.  Where there is potential for “Open Houses,” your property will not miss any opportunity to be available to all buyers.

Offers

 

This is where your real estate agents experience comes in.  I will review all offers and explain them to you. Not all offers and terms are the same, so you need someone who will be able to understand and explain to you all the terms and conditions of an offer.  Not only is it about the price of the home, but you have to carefully look at the other details included in the sale. If there is something in the offer that doesn’t satisfy you, counter offers and negotiations can also be presented to help get you what you want.

 

Close the Sale

 

Once an offer is accepted and the conditions (if any) are satisfied, your home will be sold firm.  At this stage, you will hire a Lawyer to represent you for the closing of your property.  There will be closing costs associated with the sale that need to be paid either on or prior to the closing date.  You can discuss these fees with your Lawyer. It can include: Realty fees, mortgage fees, and legal fees. Once the closing date comes & the money transfers into your account. Congratulations,
